Welcome
Cycling is not only great exercise, it is also excellent
for stress relief, and it's just a lot of fun. I started riding again when
my wife jokingly told me I should enter the Tour to Tanglewood, a 2 day 90
mile event to raise money for the Nation Multiple Sclerosis Society. I
ended up riding it and had a great time. So much so that I did it
again this year. Click here for details.
I've met some great people and learned a
few things. I encourage people to get on
their old bike and take it for a spin. Better yet, find someone to ride
with. Check around. There are probably some group rides in your area. You may even make a few new friends.
