2005 BB&T MS Tour to Tanglewood

National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Wachovia Cycling Team Site

Welcome

Cycling is not only great exercise, it is also excellent for stress relief, and it's just a lot of fun. I started riding again when my wife jokingly told me I should enter the Tour to Tanglewood, a 2 day 90 mile event to raise money for the Nation Multiple Sclerosis Society. I ended up riding it and had a great time. So much so that I did it again this year. Click here for details.

I've met some great people and learned a few things. I encourage people to get on their old bike and take it for a spin. Better yet, find someone to ride with. Check around. There are probably some group rides in your area. You may even make a few new friends.

Wear Yellow

As a tribute to Lance's inspirational fight against cancer, yellow wristbands engraved with his mantra, "LIVESTRONG" are being sold to raise $5 Million for the the Lance Armstrong Foundation. You can get your wristband at www.laf.org and at www.niketown.com. Get yours and support the Lance Armstrong Foundation's goal to provide the practical information and tools people living with cancer need to live strong.

MS Society Launches Nationwide Awareness Campaign
